This option is the most convenient for the Consignee. Your company would basically see a 50-70% return on their inventory, which could add up to the millions, instead of just selling it for pennies on the dollar. With this, RDC Tech would have the advantage of having the Inventory in a "House" for better results, faster access to the inventory itself and a fast and accurate response, which in this line of business is a sure sale. For this option, there are 3 basics steps we must follow.

1.) Bring the product to the RDC Tech's warehouse (House the Product). It's easier for us to have control of the product in our own warehouse and it's a great benefit for your company as in warehouse space and monthly re-counts, labor, money, and time.

2.) Identify product (MPN, MFR, Packaging (Reel, tube), D/C's & Exact Qty), the reason for this is for an exact control of your inventory, that way is more efficient at the time we post the product in our system, for example - there could be a list of 20kpcs. of a certain component with a specific internal number, but it could be a different manufacturer or different quantity. Or perhaps, might not be even there anymore and this could bring forth terrible consequences such as cancellations of orders, inventory discrepancies, etc. Most f the time, we have encountered that the list provided by our customers is different than the actual physical inventory.

3.) Manage Inventory in House (House Inventory Control). Basically, our staff takes care of all the work involved, such as re-count, order processing, accounting, etc. and at the end of the month, you can revise the sales performed on your inventory and pick up your check of what's been sold upon the split arrangement which depends entirely on the amount of work needed to keep up to date, as well as the type of products.
